A Profession Lacking a Ethical Foundation is Unstable

It is unfortunate, but true, that legal representatives often tend to ignore the best interests of the court and society in the process of being their client’s advocate.  Such behavior is unethical and can not continue to be condoned.  A higher level of professional conduct combined with greater oversight is needed.
